Fire Prevention

Upper Darby Fire Department has a very active and comprehensive Fire Prevention program that includes Public Education on a variety of topics as well as a vibrant Smoke Detector program. Our goal is to educate every resident to the hazards, ways to reduce your risk, how to prevent fires from occurring, but if they do, how to quickly detect smoke and safely exit the building.
